Journey Manager, Autodesk

Kaspar Kazil brings a wealth of experience and insight to the JourneyOps Oslo event. With an intesting background as a CX Lead at TheyDo and his current role as an in-house Journey Manager at Autodesk, Kaspar is at the forefront of customer journey management. Additionally, he is a co-founder of the Journey Management Collective, a global community of journey management practitioners.

Founder & CEO, LeanLab

Ville is passionate about helping brands to work more closely with their users. With 20+ years' experience in user insights, he's aided numerous Nordic and global brands such as Finnair, Google, Spotify and Sony to create better Products and Experiences through enhanced user understanding. Before founding Leanlab, Ville was a Partner at a Nordic design/tech agency Digitalist. Prior to that, he ran his own user insights agency operating in Helsinki, London and Singapore.

Siw Øverland

Customer Journey Manager and Service Designer, Telenor

Siw has almost 20 years of experience with creating good customer journeys and experiences for multiple companies in Norway, both as a consultant and as an in-house service designer in Telenor for the last 6 years. She was a part of creating the structure for Telenor’s customer journey management and as a service designer she uses this in everyday work. She believes that a good journey is created with a throughout understanding of customer needs, but also by ensuring that all the people, processes and systems that creates the journey are well customized and coordinated so that Telenor delivers good experiences to their customers.
