Journey Management Training Program
In May 2026, JourneyOps is launching its first intensive training programme for CX professionals ready to move beyond mapping and make journey management a real business capability. Over three weeks, participants work on their own organisation's challenges across three workshop days in Stockholm and weekly remote coaching sessions, leaving with a governance model and transformation roadmap they can act on immediately. Seats are limited to keep the cohort small and the learning hands-on.
