Purpose of subscription

• This subscription form is managed by Spark Design for individuals interested in receiving information about the JourneyOps event series, including event registrations, and other related opportunities.

• Subscribers may receive notifications about JourneyOps events organised in Finland and other EU countries, including updates and potential collaboration or participation inquiries.

Use of personal information

• By subscribing and/or registering for events, you consent to provide Spark Design with personal information, such as your name, email address, and other relevant details for communication and registration purposes.

• Spark Design will use this information to send updates about JourneyOps events, to explore your interest in working with Spark Design, to facilitate event registration, and to provide information about related services.

• Additionally, Spark Design reserves the right to share your contact information with sponsors of the events for which you register. These sponsors may contact you in relation to the event and their related services.

• Your consent for Spark Design and its event sponsors to contact you for these purposes is affirmed by completing the subscription or registration form.

• Subscribers and event registrants have the right to access, rectify, and request the deletion of their personal data held by Spark Design.

• Additionally, Spark Design is not responsible for covering any costs related to the potential cancellation of events.

• Participants are responsible for their own insurance and for complying with local laws and regulations at the respective event locations.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts, with due consideration given to applicable EU regulations.
