The JourneyOps Accelerator Program is a ten-week initiative containing five modules designed to help your team develop a standardised and scalable JourneyOps framework.
Way of working
Every module starts with a joint full-day, face-to-face workshop in Stockholm. These workshops combine theory with practical exercises, preparing your team to achieve their module goals and fostering collaboration and cross-organisational learning.
Pilot project
Teams will engage in a pilot project focusing on 3-5 strategic journeys. This targeted approach is designed to produce concrete outcomes throughout the programme, establishing a solid foundation for future success.
